
HAMS Group, a leading apparel exporter in Bangladesh, has entered into an agreement with human resource consulting firm My Window to initiate a comprehensive Organization Development (OD) Project aimed at strengthening its HR capacity. The 15-month initiative will be implemented by ProEdge, a firm with extensive experience in HR transformation.
The program is designed to drive sustainable growth, boost efficiency, and build a culture of innovation and accountability across HAMS Group.
Managing Director Shafiqur Rahman described the initiative as a “new chapter” in HAMS Group’s organisational journey, aimed at making the company more competitive and aligned with global standards. Senior Director Shaifur Rahman emphasised the role of people as the foundation of success, noting that the project would empower teams and strengthen accountability.
My Window and ProEdge pledged their full support to ensure smooth implementation and to position HAMS as a benchmark for HR excellence in the RMG sector.
The OD initiative will include restructuring the organisational framework, introducing KPI-based performance management, developing modern training programs, updating HR policies, creating a fair rewards system, and building a transparent, sustainable corporate culture.
