Delhi-NCR (India)-based garment export house, Wear Well India Pvt. Ltd., is all set to hire employees from HMP Vocational Training Institute, Ankleshwar, Gujarat. All the employees will be girls and hail from the BPL category and Tribal belt of Gujarat.
The girls are presently undergoing 6 months vocational training at the institute which is headed by RN Panchal.
Raj Kapur, Vice President – HR, Wear Well told exclusively to Apparel Resources that fresh operators will be hired through Faisal Patel, who is a Creative Team Member of the organization known as AXEDA ANALYTICS, New Delhi.
Being a prominent player in the apparel manufacturing industry, the apparel exporter is continuously adopting the Government initiatives and this hiring of tribal girls is also in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for Women Empowerment.

Wear Well has plans to hire approximately 500 such freshers through this collaboration in the next few months, depending upon the availability of trained operators.
Unveiling exclusively to Apparel Resources, Richa Vazirani, Senior Manager, HR said, “We are visiting Gujarat during mid-April to understand the system in detail. This will help us to mobilize more fresh employees, adding, “Above initiative is also in support of the Union Government’s call to generate more employment and provide benefits of Social Securities such as PF & ESI to such freshers.”
