Knowing which market is good for which product is essential for the success of any organisation.
In a candid discussion with Apparel Resources, Leon Ho Truong Luat, Commercial Director, AD. V Company Ltd., averred that the company had a well-thought-out strategy in shifting its focus from athleisure to kidswear.
He added that since there are less factories in Vietnam that manufacture kidswear, the competition too is scanty. When there is less competition, it is easy to find customers and thus, satisfying a customer is no arduous task.
Focus on customer delight and less competition in the market also justify the increase in price of the products manufactured by the company.
However, the company understands the criticality involved in the manufacturing business of kidswear. “We need to be very careful with our quality practices and methods as we make dresses for kids and therefore we do 100% inline inspection. We are careful with every small detail of manufacturing kidswear,” Leon added.
This is the reason AD. V Company has today managed to successfully carve a niche for itself among babies and kids segment in Vietnam.
Established in 1999, AD.V is one of the leading companies in the field of designing, processing and manufacturing of garments for kids in Vietnam. It produces 120,000 to 140,000 pieces of apparels for kids every month.
