Gaurav Enterprises, a sister concern of Enn Enn Expo International, Delhi is expanding with a new factory in Neemrana. Experts in kidswear with an average FOB of US $ 4 and exporting to Australia, Japan and France, the company is planning to start manufacturing in industrial wear also. As of now the company can do 25,000 to 30,000 pieces per month with its in-house setup. Explaining the logic behind why Neemrana, Deepak K. Vijay, Proprietor of the company says, “Being on NH-8, it is a centre point for us as we are situated in Delhi and our printing work is majorly being done in Jaipur; another big reason is the very cheap land rates when compared to Delhi-NCR and as we are already focusing on Japan market, Neemrana having a special Japanese industrial zone, the connection is perfect. In future, we have plans to start production of industrial garments for the Japanese market as industrial garments are an untouched market and no one is exporting it to Japan from North India.”
With a total investment of US $ 333,000, the new factory is spread out in 500 square metres and construction is in final stage now, so production can start early next year. Initially, there will be 75 machines in the new factory, which will be in addition to the 80 machines the company has at its Delhi unit. The company is expecting 30 to 40 per cent growth this year.
