Good news for all the Zara lovers!
The fast fashion brand has reopened its bigger and extended store at Delhi’s most visited Select CITYWALK mall, making it the newest concept store in the country, offering a fully integrated experience with www.zara.com.
Announcing the reopening, Select CITYWALK tweeted, “All that wait is over! @ZARA has finally opened its doors at Select CITYWALK again and we can’t wait to welcome you back.”
This was the brand’s first store in the country when Zara entered India in May 2010. The store was shut for 3 months in January for renovation and has opened now after the lockdown is lifted and consumers are slowly going back to retail stores.
The newly extended store covers nearly 25,000 sq. ft. and has been designed according to the brand new global concept and can be described in three words: simple, sophisticated and refined.
The sleek white surface runs across the ceilings and walls and creates a backdrop that enhances the collection on display. Inviting customers to enjoy a holistic shopping experience, the renovated store bathes in a soft, warm and natural environment with pockets of greenery which represent the idiosyncrasy of the brand linked to the type of product and its sustainability standards.
The establishment is equipped with RFID technology (RFID) that helps to quickly and accurately track the location and movement of clothing.
The store has two entrances, both on the ground floor while the outlet spreads across the ground floor and basement level, connected through an escalator and an elevator.
The opening of the store is timed with the beginning of the Fall/Winter 2020 season.
Currently, Zara (part of the Inditex Group) has 22 stores in India and it also retails through its website.
