VIRUS, known for their employment of advanced fabric technologies to create athletic apparels, has announced the launch of an all-new recreational collection called “TECHREATION” that will be unveiled at the Active Collective Show in Huntington Beach next month.

“We gave a great deal of thought to what our customers were looking for and listened to the feedback from women athletes looking for something to wear post workout,” indicated Ryan Rubiano, Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder, VIRUS, adding, “We strongly believe this category and future collection will expand our offering to our customers that are looking for something to wear thought the day.”
The preliminary launch will just include three leggings of varying lengths and a crop top in two different colours. However, this will soon be followed up with a broader line of tops and bottoms created in fabrics that put comfort first such as fine blended nylon/poly with spandex. The collection will channel inspiration from the Yoga world, while allowing for a stylish presentation for all uses.
He also announced the company’s plans of launching the season’s active wear collection with a runway show which will see major health and fitness influencers as well as athletes in attendance.
