India’s leading brand renowned for its range of innerwear for men, women and children, VIP Clothing recently announced that it has strengthened its product portfolio by now adding reusable masks and N95 masks for frontline workers and healthcare professionals to it.
Commenting on the same, Kapil Pathare, Director, VIP Clothing, underlined that since safety and hygiene have become utmost important today, “the best way to celebrate is by providing safety for the Indian citizens from COVID-19.”
He went on to express that the industry should come forward to “promote domestic manufacturing of masks in making India’s healthcare ecosystem self-reliant.”
Under its latest initiative, VIP Clothing will be manufacturing 3-5 lakh units of masks every month and will be making them available in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities across the country.
With the objective to expand the reach of these masks, the brand has also planned to retail them on the company’s e-commerce platform as well as offline stores.
VIP Clothing will also offer these masks in marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart.
In July this year, the company entered the safety wear category by producing quality-driven masks for adults and kids in India. These masks are now available in all retail stores across the country and on multiple e-commerce platforms.
