
The executive team at Unicommerce eSolutions Limited has grown, the company has stated. The business has appointed Divya Sharma to handle Unicommerce’s marketing department and Abhishek Mangaraj to oversee operations and customer success throughout India.
Abhishek has nearly 15 years of expertise in a variety of industries and international marketplaces, and he is a leader in corporate SaaS, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Conversational AI, digital automation, CRM, e-commerce, omnichannel, customer and retail analytics, artificial intelligence, and computer vision are among his areas of competence. Abhishek was the Vice President of Customer Success at Kapture CX before joining Unicommerce.
Abhishek will use his knowledge of the SaaS sector to drive development and improve customer happiness in this position, where he will be in charge of customer success, key accounts management, and customer support and retention.
Divya provides more than ten years of extensive marketing leadership experience in consumer technology and high-growth SaaS firms. She has held key positions at CleverTap, Locus, and Ai Palette, where she scaled marketing initiatives in the US, India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, developed marketing engines from the ground up, and led full-funnel demand creation across international markets.
In her new position, Divya will concentrate on creating a unified brand story and go-to-market engine for Shipway, Convertway, and Unicommerce in order to propel the company’s next stage of expansion. She will drive integrated marketing initiatives to bolster category leadership and spur growth in India and international markets by supervising brand strategy, demand creation, product marketing, and marketing communications across the entire portfolio.
