Yet again, TechStyle Fashion Group gets honoured for its workplace culture!

For the fourth successive year, the global fashion retailer has been recognised for its great work culture by Great Place to Work – an independent analyst.

What makes the honour noteworthy is that the decision was made on the basis of the feedback from the employees of the Group.

One of the major highlights from the feedback received through the Truth Index Survey was that employees took great pride in working at the organisation making it one of the best places in the country to work. 85 per cent of employees took part in the survey.

There were some other highlights too:

  • 89 percent of employees said the company gives a perfect environment to the new joiners
  • 88 per cent said they are proud to work in the organisation and will also tell others about it
  • 87 per cent said they feel a sense of pride for TechStyle’s accomplishments
  • 86 per cent said TechStyle provides the resources and equipment to do their job

The data also reflected many examples and experiences of the employees highlighting the perks and benefits that the company provides them. The maximum points were for the work-life balance, employee wellness, camaraderie and belongings and diversity and inclusion.

Speaking about the recognition, Adam Goldenberg, Co-CEO and Co-founder, TechStyle Fashion Group said “Being recognised by Great Place to Work for the fourth year in a row is a testament to the commitment of our leaders across the company who have introduced new initiatives that spark internal collaboration and empower employees at every level.”

Pleased at honouring TechStyle Fashion Group, Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President and Senior Editor, Great Place to Work, said “Year after year, TechStyle Fashion Group continues to demonstrate its commitment to fostering a supportive culture and positive work environment for its people, leading to greater success both inside and outside the company.”
