In a BSE filing, Raymond Lifestyle stated that Sunil Kataria will be leaving his position as managing director (MD) and board member to pursue his personal goals outside of the company. The Board will begin the process of finding and acclimating a new CEO after accepting his departure. The current senior management group, under the direction of executive chairman Gautam Hari Singhania, will supervise business activities in the interim to provide continuity and transition.
