Shoppers Stop has increased its retail footprint by opening its first location in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The store was inaugurated by actor Karisma Kapoor.
Over 500 international, national, and exclusive brands in a variety of categories will be carried by the Kanpur store.
Commenting on the new store, Kavindra Mishra, CEO of Shoppers Stop Limited in a statement said, “Kanpur and UP are important markets for us. Opening a store in Kanpur is in line with our expansion strategy and in line with our vision of inspiring India to look good and feel confident.”
Shoppers Stop Ltd was established in 1991 and presently runs 108 department shops in 56 cities, along with 7 premium home concept stores, 88 MAC, Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Jo Malone, Too Faced and SS Beauty specialty stores, and 23 airport outlets.
