Premium children’s lifestyle brand Rosada has secured an undisclosed strategic investment from Shilpa Shetty Kundra, marking the start of a partnership aimed at accelerating the company’s growth and strengthening its position in India’s premium kids’ products market.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Shalu Agarwal and Bhupesh Agarwal, Rosada has established itself in the premium children’s lifestyle segment with a portfolio that includes bags, bedding, travel accessories, décor products and everyday utility items for babies and young children.
The investment follows the brand’s appearance on Shark Tank India, where it secured funding from three investors. According to the company, the exposure contributed to a near doubling of revenue during the period.
Rosada said the fresh capital will be utilised to support geographical expansion, broaden its product portfolio and strengthen its team through strategic hires across design, marketing and operations.
In a statement, Shetty Kundra said she was attracted to the brand because of its product quality, design aesthetics and attention to detail. Having experienced the products as a parent, she expressed confidence in Rosada’s long-term growth prospects and its potential to become a leading children’s lifestyle brand in India.
Commenting on the partnership, co-founder Shalu Agarwal said Rosada had been built around a design-led and quality-focused approach tailored to the needs of modern Indian parents. She stated that the investment and strategic association with Shetty Kundra represented a significant milestone for the company and would support its ambitions for large-scale growth in the domestic market.
The company believes the partnership will help accelerate its efforts to build a stronger presence in India’s rapidly evolving children’s lifestyle segment, as demand for premium and design-focused products continues to grow among urban consumers.
