Vinted, a second-hand fashion and lifestyle marketplace, plans to launch Vinted Go, a dedicated shipping brand, to provide a variety of new shipping services to its marketplace members.
Building on Vinted’s network of 43 shipping carriers and 220,000 pick-up and drop-off points across Europe, the shipping service aims to provide more convenient and affordable delivery options for Vinted Marketplace.
Paris will be the first city to benefit from Vinted Go, with a selection of Vinted-branded lockers set to roll out across the French capital in late June 2022.
“Our team has worked incredibly hard over the years to combine a multi-market network of delivery partners, resulting in a wide choice of well-priced delivery options for Vinted members. This has become a pivotal part of our offer to members and has helped us encourage the uptake of secondhand on Vinted platform,” said Vytautas Atkočaitis, Vice President, Vinted Go.
Vinted Marketplace has over 65 million members in 16 markets across Europe and North America, with over 300 million used items listed on its platform.
