South Indian ethnic apparel retailer Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Ltd, reported that consolidated profit after tax stood at Rs. 32.65 crore (US $3.41 million) in Q4 FY ’26, up 141.67% from Rs. 13.51 crore (US $1.41 million) in Q4 FY ’25. However, profit declined 14.39% sequentially from Rs. 38.14 crore (US $3.98 million) in Q3 FY ’26.
Revenue from operations increased 5.07% YoY to Rs. 419.06 crore (US $43.75 million) in Q4 FY ’26 from Rs. 398.84 crore (US $41.64 million) in the corresponding quarter last year, but below its 15% growth target. Revenue rose 1.90% sequentially from Rs. 411.25 crore (US $42.93 million) in Q3 FY ’26.
Profit before tax stood at Rs. 43.81 crore (US $4.57 million) in Q4 FY ’26, up 11.05% from Rs. 39.45 crore (US $4.11 million) in Q4 FY ’25 but declined 14.25% from Rs. 51.09 crore (US $5.33 million) in Q3 FY ’26.
EBITDA stood at Rs. 61.22 crore (US $6.39 million) in Q4 FY ’26, up 4.76% YoY from Rs. 58.44 crore (US $6.10 million) in Q4 FY ’25. EBITDA margin remained broadly stable at 14.61% compared with 14.65% a year ago. Gross margin improved 37 bps YoY to 42.08% in Q4 FY ’26 from 41.71% in Q4 FY ’25.
For the full financial year, Sai Silks reported a 13.11% year-on-year rise in revenue from operations to Rs 1,653.67 crore (US $172 million) from Rs 1,462.01 crore (US $152 million) in FY ’25.
The company reported profit before tax increased 32.81% to Rs. 189.55 crore (US $19.79 million) from Rs. 142.72 crore (US $14.90 million) while profit after tax surged 65.03% to Rs. 140.92 crore (US $14.71 million) from Rs. 85.39 crore (US $8.91million).
FY ’26 EBITDA rose 23.13% YoY to Rs. 260.59 crore (US $27.21 million) from Rs. 211.64 crore (US $22.09 million), while EBITDA margin expanded to 15.76% from 14.48%. Gross margin improved to 42.07% in FY ’26 from 41.78% in FY ’25.
The company also announced key leadership changes where Bharadwaj Rachamadugu has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sridevi Dasari was appointed as an Additional Director, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming meeting. Sirisha Chintapalli has resigned from her position as an Independent Director.
