
L Brands, a women’s apparel retailer registered 43 per cent increase in net income of US $ 131.8 million or US $ 0.44 per share in the third fiscal quarter that ended on November 1, 2014, up from US $ 92.0 million or US $ 0.31 per share for the year-ago quarter. Recently, the retailer raised its third quarter of 2014 earnings prediction in a range of US $ 0.38 to US $ 0.40 per share as against its earlier outlook of US $ 0.26 to US $ 0.31 per share.
