With every big and small fashion brand gradually reopening their stores globally, Reiss, the British fashion label, too has decided to reopen its stores in a phased manner.
The fashion brand has already reopened some of its stores in Europe and now it has announced that from 15 June, it will reopen around 26 stores in the UK. These 26 stores will include both outlets and standalone stores.
Like most of the retailers, Reiss too has assured that safety of its employees and visitors will be its topmost priority.
In addition to starting hand-sanitising stations at the entrance of the stores, the business hours have also been reduced. It will now be 11 am to 6 pm on all days except Sundays. On Sundays, the timings are 11 am to 6 pm.
Reiss also said there will be restriction in the number of people in stores at a time. Besides, shoppers will be encouraged to buy products and try them at home so as to avoid using fitting rooms.
For this purpose, the fashion label has extended its return policy to 60 days. All the products, once returned, will be sanitised.
The fashion brand also said that disposable face covers will also be made available for all shoppers using fitting rooms and after every use the spaces will be disinfected.
Christos Angelides, CEO, Reiss, said “We have been working on the phased reopening plan for a number of weeks, and we ensure stores would be ‘carefully managed’ once reopened.”
