
Puma India has announced a strategic partnership with Salesfloor, a leading customer engagement platform that integrates virtual shopping, clienteling, and conversational AI. With this collaboration, Puma India aims to leverage Salesfloor’s technology to provide a seamless and immersive shopping experience for its customers, regardless of whether they are browsing online or visiting physical stores. By bridging the gap between the digital and physical realms, Puma India hopes to strengthen customer relationships, foster loyalty, and achieve significant business growth in the Indian market.
As part of this partnership, Puma India has introduced a widget that connects online shoppers with store associates or style consultants in real time. This innovative feature enables customers to receive personalised assistance regarding sizing, styling, and product recommendations through online chats, video interactions, and one-to-one outreach. Notably, India is the first market where Puma has implemented this cutting-edge solution.

The Salesfloor solution has already been launched in 80 Puma stores across India following a successful pilot in 2022. The initial trial received a positive response from customers, with increased adoption of the personalised shopping feature. Building upon this success, Puma India plans to expand the rollout to more stores in 2023.
