Anne Fontaine, a women’s fashion brand, has partnered with Infor CloudSuite Fashion to digitise its operations. They will implement an ERP solution to modernise their information system and introduce order management system (OMS) functionalities.
This will automate the tracking and management of sales, orders, inventory, and order fulfillment, enhancing the omnichannel customer experience.
With 350 employees and € 60 million in sales, Anne Fontaine has subsidiaries and boutiques across Asia, the United States, and Europe. They chose Infor CloudSuite Fashion due to its functionality, scalability, and compatibility with marketplaces. The implementation will start in France and the United States in late 2023, hosted on Amazon Web Services.
The project aims to transform logistics, finance, integration of boutiques, marketplaces, e-commerce, product lifecycle management, warehouse management, and supplier invoice digitization. Ari Zlotkin, CEO at Anne Fontaine, expresses enthusiasm for the modern tools that will improve performance and customer satisfaction. The company expects to increase its online sales by gaining an accurate, real-time view of its stock. Alongside the focus on e-commerce, aspects such as CRM, PLM, and tax compliance are also expected to contribute to the success of the project.
