Click and Collect is now available in all 187 Primark locations in the United Kingdom, the retailer has revealed. On 21st May, the apparel retailer concluded its year-long rollout of the service by introducing the initiative to an additional 29 stores, including its 21 locations in Scotland.
Customers may browse and order things online and pick them up in-store two days later at a time that works for them using the Click and Collect service, which was initially tested in 25 locations in Yorkshire, North Wales, and the North West of England.
Click and Collect customers can bypass the normal checkout lanes and pay for any extra items they pick up in-store when they pick up their order from the special collection desk.
“Now, wherever you live in Great Britain, you can browse and shop the best of Primark online before collecting in the store that suits you,” stated Kari Rodgers, retail director of Primark UK.
