
Graham Burridge has been hired by Pentland Brands, the company that owns sports, outdoor, and lifestyle brands like Speedo, Berghaus, and Ellesse, as its new chief financial officer.
Burridge, who will start working for the company in August, has over 20 years of experience in the consumer and retail industries. He has held positions as controller, director of finance, and head of financial planning and analysis at a number of businesses, including Apple, Disney Licencing, and Disney Stores, where he served as chief financial officer for Europe before being named CEO.
In his new position, Burridge will be in charge of Pentland Brands’ whole finance function, determining the company’s financial strategy and enhancing operations. He will assist Pentland Brands in executing its ambitious business strategy and market expansion as a member of the executive team.
Chirag Patel, chief executive officer at Pentland Brands, said in a statement, “Graham has a remarkable track record in delivering transformation and growth. This, along with his comprehensive industry knowledge, makes him an invaluable addition to our exec team.”
