In a bid to connect Indian D2C brands and international markets, global e-commerce and distribution giant Okie Global has launched ‘Jam Now’—a rapid-delivery commerce platform designed to bring Indian products to consumers in the UAE in 2 to 24 hours.
Placed in the position of being greater than a logistics solution, Jam Now has been conceptualised to reflect the depth and variety of Indian innovation at an international level. The platform will provide a range of Made-in-India products across categories including fashion.
While the average global spending intentions predict a net 12% reduction, the UAE is expected to see the most gain in 2025, with a notable 13% net increase in consumer spending intentions. Due to rising disposable income and an increase in newly formed and growing households, shoppers under 45 (27% of total spending) in the UAE are predicted to fuel the increase in spending across all retail segments.
The young, well-off, and tech-savvy populace of the GCC is a major source of opportunity for Indian brands. Demand for high-end, cutting-edge, and genuine products is rising, particularly in industries like fashion, as more than 60% of the population is under 35 and e-commerce sales in the GCC are expected to reach $50 billion by 2025.
In addition to fast delivery, Jam Now also provides brands with end-to-end solutions for market entry—spanning region-based warehousing and order fulfillment to effortless integration with large platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Carrefour—providing an end-to-end ecosystem for cross-border retail growth.
Jitin Masand, founder and CEO, Okie Global said that Jam Now is more than just a fast delivery platform—it’s a bold step toward reshaping how Indian innovation is experienced across borders. He added that through this initiative, they’re not just delivering products; they’re delivering a piece of India—its craftsmanship, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit—straight to consumers’ doorsteps in the Middle East.
