Neiman Marcus unveils Neiman’s State of Mind. So what’s this all about!
The retailer has launched a digital hub that will not only include some of the best curated collections and editorial content, but also provide an easy access to industry experts and designers.
The digital content campaign is seen as an ideal replacement of retailer’s Fall Book.
The campaign will enable customers to engage with stories about exquisite collections of designers and also inspiration behind some trends and products for the seasons. The retailer has said that shoppers can also buy through these stories on the digital hub.
And the digital hub offers more! Other services of Neiman Marcus, which includes personal appointment shopping in-store or online, curbside pickup and virtual shows, will continue to be a part of the campaign.
Besides, it will also feature the retailer’s style advisors pairing service.
Neiman’s State of Mind is being seen as another effort by the retailer to digitally connect with shoppers. In this regard, in July, Neiman Marcus had made its debut in online hub to offer personalised luxury services and experiences to shoppers.
