Natalie Rogers has been named N Brown Group’s new chief people resources officer. Natalie will begin the new post on 1st February 2024, and will join the N Brown executive board, reporting directly to Group CEO Steve Johnson.
Johnson commented on Rogers’ hiring as chief people officer, saying in a statement, “Natalie’s experience will help accelerate our group-wide agile change and ensure N Brown remains a great place to work.”
According to the organisation, Rogers will manage the people function and team, with a focus on fully integrating the group’s agile operating style as it continues its enterprise-wide agile transformation across all key colleagues.
Rogers has over 25 years of cross-sector expertise in a variety of HR disciplines, including organisational culture, employee relations, leadership development, reward, and organisational design.
“I am looking forward to working with Steve and the board of directors to capitalize on the business’s ongoing achievement and promote a dynamic, supportive atmosphere at work that enables our talented colleagues,” Rogers said.
As per sources, Rogers has most recently served as chief people officer at Moonpig.com and Unum UK, where she oversaw the completion of significant strategic and difficult business and culture change programs.
