
Owner N Brown of JD Williams has redesigned the online presence for the apparel retailer as part of a digital transformation for all three of its main brands.
The retailer said its mobile-first platform delivers “a more seamless customer experience, allowing users to effortlessly navigate the site, experience a frictionless checkout process, and receive the same rich experience across mobile devices”.
Improved material from a new content management system is also available on the new JD Williams website. Later this year, the N Brown sibling brands Simply Be and Jacamo will get the same benefits.
