
Bengaluru-based maternity and postpartum wear startup House of Zelena (HOZ) has raised Rs. 7 crore (US $ 792,000) in a seed round co-led by Sprout Venture Partners and M Venture Partners, with participation from GSF and other angel investors. With this investment, the company’s total funding now stands at US $ 1.2 million.
The company said the new capital will be used to strengthen supply chain operations, invest in product development, and expand its community and technology platforms. Co-founder Mayank Kamal noted that HOZ intends to scale operations and develop textile-based solutions to support mothers during the postpartum period.
Founded in Bengaluru, House of Zelena designs maternity and postpartum wear for the Indian market. The startup focuses on functional clothing intended for pregnancy and post-birth recovery, while also working to build community resources for mothers through digital platforms.
