
Mashroo, a brand specialising in modern modest wear, has announced the opening of five new retail locations across Mumbai and Hyderabad. This expansion brings the brand’s total number of stores in India to nine, reflecting a strategic move to meet the rising demand for culturally inspired fashion.
The new stores are strategically located in key areas: Mohammad Ali Road, Jogeshwari Vaishali Nagar (with dedicated stores for men and women), and Mira Road in Mumbai, and Abids in Hyderabad. These locations join Mashroo’s existing stores in Byculla and Jogeshwari SV Road in Mumbai, Commercial Street in Bengaluru, and Tolichowki in Hyderabad.
Junaid Khan, co-founder and chief of designs at Mashroo, stated that the expansion is a direct response to the increasing need for modern, culturally relevant clothing. The brand focuses on blending traditional styles with contemporary designs, aiming to provide customers with elegant and practical everyday wear.
In addition to its expanding presence in India, Mashroo maintains a global distribution network, with operations in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and Zimbabwe, and distribution across more than 30 countries. The brand’s growth strategy aims to serve a diverse customer base, both through its physical stores and its online platforms.
