High-street fashion brand Mango has announced the launch of 20 new outlets in the UK as part of its expansion and consolidation plan. By the end of 2025, the new stores will be open in Cardiff, Scotland, Northern Ireland, London, and Central England.
Mango declared last year that it would open more than 20 stores by 2024 in an effort to take over the UK high street. With plans to launch 20 more locations this year, including a new flagship on Oxford Street in London, it is doubling down. Londoners might also anticipate new shops in Long Acre on Kensington High Street.
Mango has stated that its presence in Birmingham, central England, will increase. Glasgow, Dundee, and Aberdeen will see the opening of new retail locations in Scotland, and Belfast and Craigavon in Northern Ireland will see the opening of a new network. With its launch this year, Cardiff residents will finally be able to shop for Mango in person.
The retailer’s “Mediterranean-inspired” theme, which incorporates natural materials and pleasant tones, will be reflected in each of the 20 stores. Mango’s 4E 2024–2026 strategic plan, which calls for a significant expansion of its shop portfolio, includes these openings.
Mango said last week that it has strengthened his engagement in the company as it strives for future expansion by appointing Toni Ruiz, its current CEO, as its new chairman. In his new role as Chairman and CEO, Ruiz will guide the business towards its strategic objective of tripling its profitability and reaching a turnover of over US $ 4.1 billion by 2026.
