Spanish fashion brand Mango expands its footprint in the Indian market with its new flagship store in Ludhiana. The two-storey store features the latest women, men, and kidswear collections spread over 420 sq.ft. of land.
Mango had the highest number of points of sale with 80 at the end of 2022 making India stand out in Asia. Mango is aiming at expanding in India with 35 more stores in 2023 with more than 110 points of sale by the end of the year.
Daniel López, expansion director at Mango commented, “India is one of the most important markets in our internationalisation strategy, because, according to all forecasts, this country is destined to become the third-largest consumer market in the world within the next few years and we want Mango to have a significant presence in it with the help of a local partner, Myntra.”
