Indian lingerie label PrettySecrets has inaugurated its seventh store in Indian city of Mumbai on July 14. Overall, it is the 25th store of the brand in India. The recently opened store is located at Kemps Corner at Nasrullah Terrace in South Mumbai. Brand’s entire collection of lingerie, nightwear, lounge wear, and accessories has been stocked here.
The lingerie brand has also inked a partnership with e-retailer Myntra, under its Brand Accelerator Programme, to go exclusively available on Myntra, Flipkart, and Jabong. PrettySecrets, which switched to the omni-channel retail model in early 2017, announced its aggressive offline expansion plan to increase its store count to 300 by 2019.
In addition to store expansion, PrettySecrets is also considering product expansion to include athleisure. It is pertinent to mention here that PrettySecrets has raised Rs. 55 crores in multiple rounds of PE investments from marquee investors, including Orios Venture Partners, RB Investments, Indian Angel Network, HBS Alumni India Angels, and India Quotient in a span of six years.
PrettySecrets, founded in 2011, describes itself as ‘a lingerie brand for the new Indian woman who expects substance yet cares about style.’ The brand was created to inspire the new-age of Indian woman. PrettySecrets’ products are young, fun, sexy, and fashionable, yet reasonably priced.
