The Lenzing Group, a leading global producer of regenerated cellulosic fibres, has introduced Lenzing Pro, a one-stop digital platform designed to support the textile and nonwovens supply chains. The platform serves as a centralised hub for business users, offering streamlined certification and branding processes, improved access to technical fibre information, and enhanced collaboration with partners. The launch is seen as a significant step toward making sustainable material integration more seamless for the industry.
Lenzing Pro builds on the company’s long-standing E-Branding Service, expanding its functionality through a multilingual, always-accessible interface. In addition to core services such as fabric certification and brand licensing, the platform includes a detailed fibre product catalogue, showcasing specifications, technical properties, and recommended applications for each fibre type.
The platform is designed to meet the needs of various stakeholders across the supply chain. Spinners gain access to fibre knowledge and commercial offers, fabric mills benefit from integration support and certification services, while brand partners and retailers can utilise marketing toolkits tailored for diverse communication and promotional campaigns.
Florian Heubrandner, Vice President of Global Business Management Textiles at Lenzing, noted that the textile industry requires fast, reliable access to technical expertise and certification capabilities in order to innovate in today’s shifting sustainability landscape. He said Lenzing Pro directly addresses these needs by combining fibre expertise with intuitive tools that help partners develop responsibly. He added that the platform underscores Lenzing’s commitment to enabling a more sustainable future in collaboration with its stakeholders.
At the heart of the new platform is the Fiber Catalog, where technical specifications are paired with practical applications. Registered users, including spinners, mills, and brands, can explore in-depth product characteristics and recommendations across Lenzing’s fibre portfolio, such as TENCEL™ Lyocell and Modal fibres, and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose fibres. Search and filtering functions allow partners to identify fibres based on technical criteria, sustainability certifications, and end-use applications ranging from luxury fashion to home textiles and activewear.
The platform also strengthens trading relationships through its Fabric Certification service, which supports both direct fabric verification and sub-certification. Meanwhile, Brand Licensing tools give partners easy access to marketing assets, co-branding guidelines, and claims recommendations to help integrate Lenzing’s established fibre brands into their campaigns.
Eva McGeorge, Senior Global Director of Marketing & Branding for Commercial Textiles at Lenzing, explained that the company had simplified previously complex processes into a more intuitive experience. She emphasised that whether partners are developing innovative products, seeking certification, or preparing marketing campaigns, Lenzing Pro is designed to support them at every stage.
