Sales and marketing in Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Bangladesh are also covered by the arrangement. According to a corporate release, Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd. and the Royer Group of France would be exchanging technology in the clothing and footwear industry with the aim of supporting the Center’s ambitious ‘Make In India’ initiative.
According to J Rafiq Ahmed, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd, the introduction of the Kickers brand in India has the potential to revolutionise not only the retail fashion industry but also KICL itself. The new product line will feature high-quality, fashion-forward items along with innovative comfort technologies. A portion of design and technology transfer is also anticipated by the deal, meaning that all Kickers products sold domestically will include this component.
