Seasoned retail expert Lavish Soni has been promoted to Chief Business Officer at The House of Rare, a role he recently announced on social media

With a strong background in retail operations, Soni brings extensive experience from the apparel and fashion industry. His expertise includes Trend Analysis, Market Research, Merchandise Planning, Business Operations, and Retail Sales. He holds a CBA in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD and is recognized for his business development acumen.

Soni’s career includes roles with notable retail brands such as Ruosh, Mustard Clothing Company Ltd., SSIPL Retail Ltd., and Puma Sports. He joined The House of Rare in 2016 as Head of Retail Business Development and has progressively advanced within the company.

The House of Rare, the parent company of the Rare Rabit brand, was established in 2015 by Manish Poddar (Chairman, Radhamani Textiles) and Akshika Poddar (Managing Director, Radhamani Textiles). The company now operates over 100 stores across India.
