Several renowned fashion retailers are eyeing the famous Oxford Street location that once housed the Topshop flagship.
Among the retail bigwigs who are keen to get hold of the Topshop flagship are JD Sports, Nike and Amazon.
Besides, Mike Ashley-owned Frasers Group has also, reportedly, shown its interest in acquiring the much-talked about flagship.
Notably, the Topshop flagship was not a part of the Arcadia Group assets that was overseen by administrators from Deloitte. In fact, it is now controlled by Redcastle Ltd., a subsidiary, to which KPMG is the administrator.
The agents, reportedly, are talking to many suitors to buy the property, lease it or split the property for leasing.
As per media reports, suitors represent different businesses and sectors, both from the UK and across the globe.
Meanwhile, Asos which had bought Topshop in February doesn’t seem to be too keen to buy this store.
