
In order to promote Korean colour analysis to Indian consumers and increase in-store traffic, Chennai-based fashion brand Diadem has implemented in-store colour analysis utilising the K-Color Code method.
Shiny Cinderella, founder and CEO of Diadem, explained that the goal was to remove the uncertainty shoppers often face. Many customers enter unsure of what suits them, and with the K-Color Code, Diadem provides both scientific accuracy and stylistic clarity.
The brand declared that it is the first in the Indian fashion business to use Korean technology, which is widely acknowledged. The service uses a seasonal palette framework of spring, summer, autumn and winter to assist customers find colours that go well with their natural undertones.
The K-Color Code, created in Korea, offers customised colour suggestions derived from scientific research. Each customer’s skin tone and depth will be evaluated by Diadem’s in-store stylists, who will then match them to a palette that accentuates their inherent qualities. The service is provided at no cost.
Diadem offers sarees, lehengas, dresses, and menswear in its one lakh square foot shop facility, which includes two flagship stores in Nungambakkam and T Nagar.
