Expanding its retail presence, US-based denim retailer Levi’s recently unveiled its two new stores in India and Canada. As part of the move, a flagship store in Toronto, Canada has been opened, while Delhi got its 24×7 format store at the international airport.
Spread in an area of around 5,300 square feet, the store is located at the Toronto Eaton Centre – one of the busiest malls in North America.The Toronto flagship, which got inaugurated on June 28, is the only location where a customer can enjoy Levi’s Authorized Vintage. Additionally it is also equipped with a tailor Shop for on-site hemming and design work.
Fitting rooms in the store are equipped with call buttons so that customers can get personalized help from store stylists.
Talking about the Delhi outlet, the place will serve millions of global consumers who will travel through Delhi international airport which sees a daily footfall of 23,000 people.The 2,000-square-foot shop was inaugurated on June 26 and shares location with brands like Hugo Boss, Armani, Lacoste and Coach.
The denim brand has been noticing double-digit growth in India for five consecutive years. A total of 410 stores are operated by the brand in India currently.
Levi’s is now gearing to open its flagship in Times Square in New York later this year. It opened revitalized SoHo flagship in November last year and added a new one in Mexico City in March this year.
