Deckers Brands concluded fiscal 2025 with strong top-line growth, posting a 16.3 per cent increase in yearly revenue to US $ 4.99 billion, driven by continued momentum in its Hoka and Ugg brands.
The apparel and footwear company’s wholesale revenue rose 17.4 per cent to US $ 2.86 billion, and direct-to-consumer sales rose 14.8 per cent to US $ 2.13 billion during the 12 months through 31st March, 2025. Brand performance was paced by Hoka, which jumped 23.6 per cent to US $ 2.23 billion, as the athletic footwear brand continued to grow global market share. Ugg reported a 13.1 per cent rise to US $ 2.53 billion, solidifying its endurance through seasonal lines. Elsewhere, other portfolio brands — including Teva, Ahnu, and Koolaburra — fell 8.6 per cent to US $ 221.2 million, barely curbing overall expansion.
Revenue in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year increased 6.5 per cent from last year to US $ 1.02 billion. Hoka was the leader again with an increase of 10 per cent to US $ 586.1 million, and Ugg sales increased 3.6 per cent to US $ 374.3 million.
Stefano Caroti, President and CEO of Deckers said that they posted another outstanding year of performance in fiscal 2025, highlighting record earnings per share and robust brand performance. He added that while the global trade environment has created increased near-term uncertainty, they are highly optimistic about the compelling prospects for Hoka and Ugg.
Caroti further stated that the two house brand names are ‘industry leaders’ with unique, innovative product lines and clearly defined market positions. With a healthy balance sheet, he explained, Deckers can ride through short-term volatility while maintaining a long-term growth trajectory.
As a result of ongoing uncertainty on global trade policy, the firm refused to give full-year guidance for fiscal 2026. Nevertheless, for the first quarter through 30th June, 2025, Deckers sees revenue ranging from US $ 890 million to US $ 910 million.
