In The Style, the British fast fashion e-tailer, has, reportedly, said that its gross order value has risen by 41.4 per cent to £15.2 million in the 8-week period that ended 31 December 2021.
The e-tailer witnessed its total net sales rise by 21.5 per cent to £11.2 million (225.9 per cent) on a two-year basis.
The fast fashion e-tailer has attributed the good numbers to a robust performance across its direct-to-consumer (D2C) net sales.
Notably, D2C net sales for the said period surged year-on-year (Y-o-Y) by 34.5 per cent to clock £9.1 million. When compared to the same period in 2019, the jump has been 204.7 per cent.
The In The Style app, in particular, saw the sales rise by a good 72.3 per cent Y-o-Y.
The Group also mentioned that it experienced a very strong consumer demand across its partywear and seasonal segments, especially the festive family pyjama ranges and charity Christmas jumper collection.
Reportedly, following a good Christmas trading season, the Group now expects revenue growth to be in the range between £55 million and £57 million for the financial year ending 31 March 2022.
Founded in 2013, In The Style has been growing rapidly over the last few years and in March 2021, it launched IPO, which raised £11 million in gross proceeds. It ships to as many as 100 countries.
