Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited reported revenue of Rs. 416 crore (US $43.45 million) and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 21 crore (US $2.19 million) for FY ’26, supported by strong growth in its apparel Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) business.
The company said its apparel ODM segment now contributes 94% of total revenue, marking a significant transformation in its business model. The strategic shift towards apparel ODM has strengthened Bella Casa’s engagement with leading domestic retailers and fashion chains, including Reliance Trends, Pantaloons and Shoppers Stop.
For the quarter ended 31st March 2026, Bella Casa Fashion & Retail reported a 5.30% year-on-year increase in net profit to Rs. 4.57 crore (US $477,000), compared to Rs. 4.34 crore (US $453,000) in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Sales during the fourth quarter rose 27.07% year-on-year to Rs. 110.65 crore (US $11.55 million), against Rs. 87.08 crore (US $9.09 million) reported in the same period last year.
For the full financial year ended 31st March 2026, the company’s net profit increased 27.41% to Rs. 20.13 crore (US $2.10 million), compared to Rs. 15.80 crore (US $1.65 million) in FY ’25.
Annual sales rose 19.47% year-on-year to Rs. 416.40 crore (US $43.49 million) in FY ’26, as against Rs. 348.55 crore (US $36.41 million) recorded in the previous financial year.
