Ralph Lauren, the US fashion label, has seen its net profits touch US $ 182 million in Q2. That’s 7 per cent rise from what it was during Q2 of previous year (US $ 170 million).
The company believes the jump is owing to tight control over costs and because of strong demand for its polo shirts. Also, there has been increasing demand for tweed jackets in China and Europe.
