
Promod, the French clothing brand, has set some big plans to expand in India.
100 stores by the year 2025 distinctly indicates brand’s big vision for the Indian market. And the first steps have already been taken.
The brand recently unveiled its maiden E-origin store at Palladium Mall, Mumbai and plans to come up with 10 more E-origin stores by 2021.
It also said that by 2025, all the current stores would be converted to E-origin format stores.
The Mumbai store, spread over an area of 1,700 square feet, boasts of latest technologies such as digital tablets that are connected to huge display screens.
At an investment of Rs. 50 crore, Promod plans to open new stores in New Delhi, Lucknow and Bengaluru.
The expansion, the brand says, will not be restricted to major cities – Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities too will see the opening of Promod stores.
