Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav recently inaugurated the Pratibha Syntex Industrial Unit in Ninora village, near Ujjain, on Sunday, 13th October.
With a Rs. 355 crore investment, this new facility would be dedicated to large-scale garment manufacturing, creating thousands of jobs. This unit employs more than 70% women, in line with the state’s commitment to women’s empowerment.
The Chief Minister emphasised that the recently founded industrial facility in Ninora will boost the economy of neighbouring farming villages and raise farmer income in addition to providing thousands of jobs.
With a planned total expenditure of Rs. 355 crore, the initial phase of this industrial unit involves an investment of about Rs. 100 crore.
The chief minister brought up the new pro-industry policies of the state, pointing out that industrial conclaves are being planned in every division.
He spoke with the female staff members during the inauguration, asking about their positions, pay, workspaces, and other specifics. He also watched the process of garment manufacturing, where a cloth with his picture printed on it was made.
