Winter apparel and snowboards brand, Burton, has strengthened its executive team with the strategic appointments of Jennifer Valentine as Chief Merchandising Officer and Debbie Lee as Chief Marketing Officer.
Valentine, a seasoned veteran from Adidas, brings over 18 years of experience in merchandising, finance, and strategy. Her expertise will be instrumental in driving product innovation and optimizing go-to-market strategies across Burton’s key categories: snowboarding hardgoods, performance outerwear, and Anon winter protection.
Lee, a seasoned marketing executive with a track record of success at brands like 4moms and Caastle, will lead Burton’s marketing and creative teams. She will focus on enhancing brand storytelling, fostering customer engagement, and driving growth while staying true to Burton’s heritage of innovation and progression.
Both executives will be based in Burton’s global headquarters in Burlington, Vermont, reporting to CEO John Lacy and collaborating closely with Burton Owner Donna Carpenter. These hires reflect Burton’s commitment to innovation and balancing profit with purpose-driven initiatives.
