Primark, the renowned clothing retailer, has announced its plans to trial click-and-collect services in the UK for its kidswear segment by the end of 2022.
The pilot will take place in around 25 stores in the north-west part of the country.
Importantly, it will offer around 2,000 options to customers – all across apparels, fashion accessories and lifestyle products.
Of the aforementioned options, nearly 40 per cent, reportedly, will be exclusive to click and collect.
Back in April, the retailer had launched its new UK website wherein it allowed its customers to check stock availability in their local store for the first time.

The retailer has said that the trial brings together more choice and greater convenience and complements the great in-store experience that is at the heart of its business – much to the delight of its customers.
Primark has planned to trial the service in the UK where it has a vast range of stores of different sizes and formats.
The retailer generated £ 7.79 billion in 2019, and is known for kidswear, womenswear, menswear, homeware and footwear, amongst others.
