Irish fast fashion retailer Primark has a new website to offer for its shoppers in the UK. Gradually, the website will be rolled out in 13 other countries as well.
However, the shoppers may still not be able to buy anything online.
The new website, which will comprise the best of apparels and homeware, will allow customers to browse thousands of products before heading to stores.
It’s all about guiding customers from their bedrooms to the stores to shop the product of their choice.
The shoppers can now check, while sitting at home, if their favourite dress is available and if it is to the liking of their size and colour.
The move, the fashion retailer believes, shows the critical role online can play to support sales in-store.
The retailer believes the new website will help it showcase the wide range of products Primark offers when customers are browsing online to help tempt them into stores.
Primark generated £7.79 billion in 2019, and is known for kidswear, womenswear, menswear, homeware and footwear, amongst others.
