Renowned fashion retailer Hugo has now joined fashion trade-in service Bewearcy and thus become a part of Bewearcy’s roster of brands such as Charuel and Elyts.
Ever since it started last year, Bewearcy has been attracting large interest from different luxury brands, especially with regard to the fast-growing popularity of its circular fashion model.
And Hugo being a part of Bewearcy is another step in that direction.
Hugo Russia substantiates by saying “Waste reduction, green thinking, conscious consumption are the key initiatives we do care about,” adding that it is elated to join hands with Bewearcy, which distinctly demonstrates Hugo’s position towards responsible consumption.
Bewearcy allows its customers to trade in both secondhand and never worn products. Notably, the customers, through Bewearcy, can send their secondhand products to the platform, or in the case of unworn items, arrange for a courier to pick it up.
Once the preloved item undergoes an assessment of cost and condition, it is sent to different resale websites.
Following this, customers get a discount at their selected fashion brand. Hugo joining Bewearcy means customers can now get points to use at a checkout at a Hugo store.
Founded in 2020 by Ivan Cherkashin and Oleg Abramov, Bewearcy recently received an investment of US $ 420,000.
