
Chinese conglomerate Fosun International Limited has launched Fosun Fashion Brand Management Company (FFBM) to help brands expand into Greater China.
FFBM offers full brand management services that cover retail and wholesale operations, merchandising and marketing and communications management.
Additionally, the firm also provides support in human resource management. It is worth noting that over the last 20 years, FFBM has been instrumental in successfully growing many fashion brands in China.

James Chen, CEO, FFBM, averred that China had lately become a major market for several brands and will continue to grow to become one of world’s top consumer markets.
The launch of FFBM comes immediately in the wake of Fosun’s recent announcement of a takeover bid for German fashion retailer Tom Tailor.
