VERT, a leader in wearable athletic technology, has introduced Vert 2. This wearable jump monitoring device provides intensity, exertion and stress analytics in addition to VERT’s original jump height and count measurements. It computes everything from total G-forces to high/low intensity count, surges per minute, highest acceleration (Gs) and average peak acceleration (Gs).
The device is capable of generating this data through its ‘jump monitor’, which looks like a flash drive, and integrating it with Zensah’s compression apparel. With VERT technology being incorporated into Zensah’s apparel, the association gives athletes the ability to use the jump monitoring device with cutting edge, seamless technology and ergonomic fit. “Zensah® aligns with VERT’s constant commitment to create better experiences for athletes, and we believe integrating discrete technology into Zensah® compression apparel is a giant leap in that direction,” said Martin Matak, Founder and President of VERT, in a press release.

The technology is expected to contribute to athletic safety with jump count data. With the addition of intensity measurements in smart apparel, VERT2 will help prevent injuries to athletes and inform users of important information for recovery as well.
Headquartered in Florida, VERT pioneers in wearable athletic technology centred on creating a better experience for athletes and coaches alike.
