The demand for Chenille Embroidery has now expanded more with promotional wear but also has deeply penetrated into the corporate, souvenir and fashion markets, and addressing the growth, Tajima, the ace embroidery machine manufacturer from Japan, makes this possible with its high-tech TCMX 601 automatic chenille machines, to deliver lush, high quality chenille stitches similar in style to manual chenille machines, but at a very high speed of 750 RPM with minimal operator requirement.
Its TCMX-601, the single head model, incorporates the remarkable technology to embroider extensively on the fabric from thin to heavy one, something that has not been efficiently realized until now. Needle height is adjustable in 10 steps according to the loop height or chain size. Chain stitches are automatically inserted after completion of loop stitches for prevention of thread fraying that causes production error.
The other machines on display will be TMAR-K1506C (450×500)S and TMAR-K1201C (450×500)S together with the existing lines of TLMX-904 (680×550/230)S, which comes with the option of Lochrose and Sequin III device. Tajima will also exhibit prototype ‘Show Only’ single head model, TUMX-C1501(360×360)S, that makes it possible to embroider on the finished bag.
