Tai Sang a Hong Kong based company that specializes in manufacturing embroidery machines since 2006, is now eyeing the Indian market with the help of ATE; their sole dealers. With Tai Sang’s manufacturing plant in China, and their marketing team based in Hong Kong, Tai Sang enjoys a great clientele in countries such as Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Brazil, Chile, Russia, Syria, Peru, Vietnam and many more.
The company manufactures machines for embroidery of 6-15 heads. Their 12-head machine can be used for doing embroidery on numerous apparel and textile applications, with the use of different varieties of frames. “If you want schiffli work on a normal machine you need a frame area of 125 mm X 165 mm, but if you need to do the same work on a bed sheet you would usually need two machines. However, in our machines you can do the work of 125 mm to 800 mm on a single machine,” said Tashan, CEO, Tai Sang Enterprise, representing the company for the first time at the GTE.
The highlight of the machine is its flexibility for add-ons; a normal machine can be later added with sequence devices. “Our machine is adaptable to diverse and varied applications of this time,” said Tashan. Speaking on behalf of ATE, K B Prasad, Business Head, Textile Engineering Division added “These machines are not just any cost-effective Chinese embroidery machines but are at par with machines from any of the Japanese companies.”
Each embroidery machine is equipped with noise reduction element which helps in creating a quieter working condition for the operators. The standard memory capacity for embroidery machines is up to 10,00,000 stitches but it can be extended till 20,00,000 stitches. They can store up to 99 designs and these designs can be repeated both vertically and horizontally.
