Serkon Makina, in association with Allamac, has brought to India its wide range of fast moving spreaders, end cutters and fabric inspection machines. Offering specialised spreaders for different fabric types, the company believes in catering to the tailor made needs of its customers.
The MT1 cradle feed master spreader enables easy spreading of all fabrics, whether it is an open knitted or tubular fabric, a flat folded full lycra, or a woven fabric. It is a PLC controlled fully automatic spreading machine with an electronic control system that spreads hard fabrics easily too. The spreader is also capable of ladder type fabric spreading and re-rolling the fabrics. With a touch screen operator panel and a direct drive mechanism, the machine has different speed options for forward and backward movements and a sensitive edge control system.
The machine can reach a maximum spreading speed of 100 m/minute with a maximum spreading height of 250 mm and width of 3,600 mm. Other features include a 4X4 wheel power, automatic stoppage with security sensors, an operator holding platform and easy roll loading with automatic opening basket system.
While the MJ1 Master Jeans spreader is specially used for heavy type fabrics such as jeans, home textiles, etc., the MTT1 Master Turn Table spreader enables easy spreading of the special fabrics with a turn table. Also, with its strong construction, it can be used for heavy fabrics like the MJ1model. Both these spreaders offer the same features as the MT1 model, with the only difference being in the maximum spreading width of MTT1, which is 2,400 mm in comparison to the 3,600 mm of the other two.
Serkon also offers the TSB2 Automatic Tubular spreading machine, which is capable of spreading from both a roll or a tubular fabric. This machine too, offers a touch screen operator panel, 4X4 wheel power with a direct drive system and an operator platform. In addition, it has a positive feed for tension free spreading and tubular spreading with apparel body size of 4 different pieces of apparel (30-120 cm). The machine moves at a maximum spreading speed of 80 m/minute, has a maximum spreading height of 280 mm, and maximum spreading width of 1,700 mm.
